- Responsible to manage and lead customer relationships.
- Build quality customer relations to attain their needs.
- Work proactively with clients, Customer Success team, Development team & AI to accomplish goals and bring the most valuable outcomes thru our products and services.
- Understand the growth strategy of each Customer Success Account, in order to outperform efficiently and effectively of our deliveries.
- Report digital marketing campaign performance and contribute with the user’s AI platform usability.
- Establish achievable valuable objectives, enabling the “under promising and over delivering” Effect.
- Quarterly business review’s to reduce customer churn rate.
The performance in the role will be measured by the following KPI’s:
- Capacity for understanding and effectively communicating client needs.
- Proactivity to accomplish deliveries.
- Initiative and responsible proactivity to contribute the department’s goal.

- A strong understanding and experience of marketing automation / cloud marketing or a closely related market.
- 5+ years of related experience in the marketing industry in roles managing client relations or ad operations.
- Ability to collaborate with other client partners representatives, to upsell solutions and build winning service strategies.
- Understanding of interactive marketing/advertising agency dynamics and business models a plus.
- Client services, account management experience in digital marketing or email marketing a plus.
- Proactive, highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Technically literate and comfortable with selling Cloud-based services solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation and diplomacy skills required.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
